Adams Corner Cemetery
Welcome to Adams Corner Cemetery (IL)
This site documents the graves at Adams Corner Cemetery located near Allendale, Illinois (Wabash County). The cemetery dates from the early 1800's. This database is considerably more complete than any other online listing of burials there. My thanks go to the trustees of the Adams Corner Cemetery Association for sharing up-to-date information about burials. Also thanks to Laura Armetta who continues to share much research on northern Wabash County burials.
This is a sister site to the Orio Cemetery and Friendsville Cemetery websites. Site design and navigation is identical. Adams Corner is less than six miles from the other two cemeteries. Their proximity means that there are many linkages between the families buried in the three cemeteries.
This Adams Corner database is nearly complete. There remain but a handful of tombstones not yet photographed. With Laura Armetta's help in doing excellent research, I am continuing to work on the data for all three cemeteries. I welcome any and all additions, corrections, and critiques. Check back here often as more photos are posted and data is made more complete. Hope you find this work useful.
